About the Role
As an Account Director at our advertising agency, you will be a strategic partner for our clients, driving the successful execution of marketing campaigns and fostering strong client relationships. Your role involves overseeing account teams, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring client objectives are met. Requirements
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact and understanding their business goals and needs.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.
Project Coordination and Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with client goals.
Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Creative Brief Development:
Work with clients to gather campaign requirements and develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs that guide the development of impactful campaigns.
Budget and Financial Management:
Assist in managing campaign budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with client expectations and agency profitability.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate client invoicing and billing.
Client Communication:
Keep clients informed about project status, milestones, and campaign performance, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze campaign performance metrics and data, providing clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key findings and outcomes.
Quality Control:
Review campaign deliverables to ensure they meet the agency's quality standards and adhere to client requirements.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging and branding.
Team Collaboration:
