As a Project Manager at our advertising agency, you will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing the execution of client projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time completion. Requirements
Project Planning and Coordination: - Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. Team Management: - Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear communication of project expectations and deliverables. - Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure all project elements come together seamlessly. Budget and Resource Management: - Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. - Coordinate with finance and account teams to manage client invoicing and billing. Timelines and Milestones: - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all project phases are completed on time and within scope. - Proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Client Communication: - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and key deliverables. - Address client inquiries, feedback, and changes, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Quality Control: - Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the agency's quality standards and adhere to client requirements. - Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all creative work, copy, and materials are accurate and aligned with project goals. Risk Management: - Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any challenges that may arise during project execution. Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project artifacts. - Provide regular project updates to project directors and senior management.
